Internet For Lawyers


A best-selling American Bar Association author and founder/principal of Internet For Lawyers, Carole Levitt, is an internationally recognized CLE seminar speaker. She writes about internet investigative and legal research, social media research, social media ethics, and technology for lawyers. Since 1999, IFL has provided law firms, corporations, and local and state Bar Associations with professional and entertaining turn-key CLE programs. Information about free investigative and background research resources are delivered by the company.

Two editions of The Lawyer’s Guide to Fact Finding on the Internet were written by Levitt and Mark Rosch. The 13th edition of their book The Cybersleuth’s Guide to the Internet was just completed. Levitt co-authored Internet Legal Research on a Budget with Judy K. Davis.

He was a California attorney, a law librarian in Chicago and Los Angeles, and a Legal Research and Writing Professor. She was a member of the school’s law review and graduated with distinction from The John Marshall Law School. She holds a Masters in Library Science and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois.

She is a member of the American Bar Association and the Association of Continuing Legal Education.

He has co-authored numerous books and hundreds of articles on these and other topics, receiving top industry recognition for his work.

The College of Law Practice Management honors and recognizes distinguished law practice management professionals, and Mark was named to the Fastcase Fifty in 2013.

Mark is an active member of both the ABA and ACLEA. He completed a 3-year term on the ABA TECHSHOW Planning Board.
