Description

Wing Chun Flexibility for Upper Body

Wing Chun is a rather unique system. It’s sticking techniques differ from most other martial arts systems. Strickes, blocks, traps are designed for close quarter combat.

Take a look at this programs contents:

We’ll show you how to achieve a fantastic Flexibility Level!
Our programs are scientifically based and created by
a world renowned fitness & flexibility expert Paul Zaichik

Got my flexibility back after many years!

Years ago I was flexible enough to get into a right side split. Those days are long gone. With these three videos I hope to achieve splits in all directions. So far, my seated open front stretch has improved. I can just about lay flat on the floor when bending from the waist. I’ve also gained about an inch in my right side split and anticipate great results.

Due to the nature of Wing Chun techniques tremendous upper body flexibility is required. This flexibility takes place at the wrist, shoulder, shoulder girdle and radio-ulnar joint. Techniques leave little room for mechanical compensation and for this reason, even small amount of tightness in any of the muscle can lead to injury. Rotator cuff injury are the most common.

muscle overstrain is a common injury. This happens when the body is forced to stay in certain positions. Severe internal and external rotation of the shoulder is one of the positions.

Wing Chun instructors while employ concentrated joint warm ups, do not place a large focus on flexibility training. As the result, strains to the biceps tendon, supraspinatus tendon, terres minor and other musculo-skeletal structures is rather frequent.

This program is created specifically with Wing Chun practitioner in mind. Using Zaichik Stretching techniques it take apart each techniques and breaks it further down into isolated muscles. Each muscle is stretched, avoiding the pain of the stretch reflex. This is followed by strength exercises to transfer the newly found flexibility into specific Wing Chun techniques. As the results the techniques become easier and faster, while the chance of injury is severely decreased.

Avoid injury, improve your range of motion!
Professional players do this all the time!
And now YOU can too!

General sports stretching routine involve static stretches. More advanced coaches use dynamic stretches. While the dynamic stretches don’t like to decrease in muscle contraction speed, like their static counter parts, neither lead to quick flexibility gains. The biggest issue is the stretch reflex. Pain caused by this reflex stops many athletes from developing range of motion.

The stretch reflex can be avoided by stretching on the other hand. They only focus on the muscles needed for the swing and the ranges where flexibility is needed most. Strengthening exercises are used in this routine to keep the newly developed range of motion and make it useful for the athlete right away.

But wait, there’s More!
Let us show you how you can dramatically improve your flexibility steadily, safely, painlessly and quickly with the use of the ZST.
