  • “My market is different, it won’t work for me.” It’s always easier to think the grass is greener in someone else’s backyard, but the reality is, you don’t have to go far to find deals. I’ve worked with people all over the country, from Southern California to Boston, Massachusetts, from Tulsa, Oklahoma to Miami, Florida.

    There are deals to be found anywhere. Death in the family, illness, relocating, bad tenants, job loss, and other changes can suddenly cause people in your backyard to become motivated sellers. Do any of those things happen in your area?
