About the Author

Jean-Marie Denoix graduated from the veterinary school. Agrégé. He defended his PhD thesis in Biomechanics. He was head of a research unit devoted to Biomechanics and Pathology of the locomotor system in horses until 2003 and head of the equine clinical unit until 2005. He became head of the center in 1999. He has been President of the ISELP since 2006 and of the ALAPILE since 2012. He is a founding member of the European College of Veterinary Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation.
